I'm 42 years old and had a partial hysterectomy in 2003. I would like to have 1 more child, if possible, with my partner. I still have a small part of my uterus but not big enough to bear a child. Without a third party, can this be possible?

I have a question i am having all the signs of pregnancy the lower back pain the nausea in the morning the little fluttery kicking movements in my stomach. I had a partial hysterectomy 3 years ago after almost dying giving birth to my son and the doctor only took out the top part of my uterus, now three years later i want to have another baby is this possible could i really be pregnant? and if so is this putting my life in danger? and if i am not pregnant is there a surgery that could be performed to become pregnant a safe procedure that is.

pls respond back to my e-mail address. thanks
